Terms & Conditions
The rules for using InEx—accounts, plans, acceptable use, and limitations.
1. Agreement
By accessing the InEx website or app, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use InEx.
InEx is operated by RohitWebCo (“we”, “us”).
2. The service
InEx provides personal/household money-tracking tools (entries, banks, reports, and optional modules such as cards, recurring, investments, and loans depending on plan). InEx is a software ledger—not a bank, payment processor, tax advisor, or investment advisor.
Features, limits, and pricing may change. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated through the product or email when practical.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may require email verification before dashboard access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or in serious breach of these terms.
4. Plans, trials & billing
New accounts may receive a time-limited Pro trial. After the trial, accounts typically continue on Basic unless upgraded.
Paid plans (Plus/Pro) are billed according to your pricing market (INR for India, USD outside India by default). Applicable taxes such as GST may be added at payment for Indian customers.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Downgrades change access and limits; they do not automatically erase historical data.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Abuse contact forms, OTP, or password-reset flows (including automated spam).
- Resell or scrape InEx without our written permission.
- Use InEx for regulated financial activities it is not licensed to provide.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the ledger content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate InEx. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
7. Intellectual property
InEx branding, UI, software, and documentation are owned by RohitWebCo or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the product except as allowed by law or written permission.
8. Disclaimers
InEx is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Figures in InEx depend on data you enter; we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the ledger.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RohitWebCo and InEx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for InEx in the three months before the claim, or (b) INR 2,000—except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using InEx at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, non-payment, or operational reasons. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) continue after termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
